The warm up schedule and the memo for Saturday 5th October can be found under the events Tab.
Can you ensure that these are distributed to your personnel and that parents, swimmers know the procedures
with regard to time of arrival, warm up times etc.
A couple of things to note (again everyone needs to aware of):

Photography – no mobile phones in changing rooms (including toilets) – a few swimmers were warned last weekend.Absolutely NO photography in the changing room area.

Warm up etiquette – coaches and team managers please make sure your swimmers follow correct lane etiquette whenwarming up. There was an incident last weekend which caused a swimmer having to withdraw from the events. It was caused by a swimmer doing full fly stroke down the middle of the lane when passing another swimmer.

Strictly poolside personnel allowed in the changing room, poolside. No parents etc. If team personnel can help to monitor this it would be a big help. This is a safeguarding issue for everyone.
